What an amazing experience! The gym space had everything I needed. I ran my mile and a half, did some leg work and core 🙂 Everything was super clean and there were towels and bottled water everywhere. After I finished I went to the locker room where I took an “Herbal Steam” which was located next to the Suana. I then rinsed off in the “Snail Shower Experience,” where there were 3 different rising stages; first, one from above, second, another from what looked like a water fall and lastly one rising from six small shower heads reaching all sides of my body. Oh yes, and I cannot forget to mention that there were smalls lights changing color above my head as I experienced this hands free rinse! After I showered with soap and dried, I don’t know that I’ve ever felt so clean. hahahaha
Tomorrow I think I will venture out onto the outdoor pool also on the 5th floor and swim a few laps… GORGEOUS. Maybe sit by the pool and drink a margarita 🙂
